Weapons Carry Licenses
The fee for a new application is $78.25. The fee for a renewal is $35.00. The Probate Court accepts cash, check, money order or credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, a processing fee will apply.

Marriage Licenses
The fee for a marriage license is $76.00. If you have attended premarital counseling and are able to provide proof of counseling at the time of application, the fee is $36.00. The Probate Court accepts cash, check, money order or credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, a processing fee will apply. Traffic Violations
Traffic citations may be paid online at www.ezcourtpay.com. Please note that some citations require a mandatory court appearance and these citations will not be able to be paid prior to the Court date. You may also pay in person or by mail. The Probate Court accepts cash, check, money order or credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, a processing fee will apply.
Should you wish to contest your traffic citation or discuss your citation with the Prosecutor, you must appear on your Court date.
Estates and Guardianships
Estate and Guardianship filings are accepted in person during normal business hours. Filings are also accepted by mail. Vital Records
Birth and Death Certificates are issued in person or by mail. For mail requests, please use the birth certificate request form. The fee is $25 for one copy and $5 for each additional copy, per person, per visit. The Probate Court accepts cash, check, money order or credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, a processing fee will apply.
