Youth Day is a day (usually in January) when the youth of the community and their parents are invited to come out for free skeet shooting, gun safety lessons, and a guided squirrel hunt. There is a competition for children 12 and older with a shoot-off for a grand prize. This event is free of charge, and lunch is provided.
