The procedures for applying for an Occupational Tax Certificate (Business License) are:
Complete a Land Use Inquiry. This will help to determine if the type of business is allowed in the desired location.
After you receive approval from the Planning Department, complete the Occupational Tax Certificate Application, and submit the annual Business License fee (there will be a link where you can create an account).
If you are applying for the first time, you will need to print the 2 (two) affidavits and have them notarized so you can upload them as you complete your online application.
